9-6-45: RUBBISH AND GARBAGE STORAGE AND DISPOSAL:
The resident shall store and dispose of all his rubbish and garbage in a clean, sanitary and safe manner. The garbage container shall be rodentproof, insectproof and watertight. (Ord. 84-9)
