9-6-39: MANAGEMENT; REGISTER MAINTENANCE:

The management shall maintain a register containing the names of all community residents identified by lot number or street address. Such register shall be available to any authorized person inspecting the community. Each lot shall have a sign conspicuously placed that indicates the number of the lot. (Ord. 84-9)
