9-6-36: MANAGEMENT; RESPONSIBILITIES:

The person to whom a license for a mobile home community is issued shall provide adequate supervision to maintain the community in compliance with this chapter and keep its facilities and equipment in good repair and in a clean and sanitary condition. (Ord. 84-9)
