9-6-24: PROVISION OF SITE PLANNING IMPROVEMENTS:
Site planning improvements shall provide for:
   A.   Facilities and amenities appropriate to the needs of the occupants.
   B.   Safe, comfortable and sanitary use by the occupants under all weather conditions.
   C.   Practical and efficient operation and maintenance of all facilities at reasonable costs. (Ord. 84-9)
