9-6-8: PERMIT DENIAL; HEARING:

Any person whose application for a permit under this chapter has been denied may request and shall be granted a hearing on the matter before the enforcing agency under the procedure provided by sections 9-6-15 through 9-6-18 of this chapter. (Ord. 84-9)
