9-5-1: DEFINITION OF CONDOMINIUM; CHARTER REQUIRED:

The definition of a "condominium" shall be as defined in the zoning title. Before a building permit is issued for the construction of any condominiums, an owners' association charter shall be drafted and submitted for review by the city attorney and final approval by the planning and zoning board.
