9-1-3: AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND POLICIES:
The building official and Contractor Licensing Board are authorized and directed to establish administrative procedures and policies for the application, review, examination and licensing of building contractors, as necessary to implement chapter 3 of this title. Each person who submits the required application materials and meets the established qualifications therefor shall be issued an appropriate annual license. The Community Development Department shall keep an official record of all licenses issued. (Ord. 2019-04, 7-9-2019)
