The building official shall notify the owner or agent of any building or premises which is not numbered in compliance herewith, to affix or inscribe the proper number in plain and legible figures, on the front of such building or premises. Such notice shall be served personally on such owner or agent, by leaving the same at the residence or premises or place of business of such owner or agent, or in case such owner or agent cannot be found, such notice shall be served on the occupant of such building or premises. It shall be the duty of such owner, agent or occupant to comply with such notice, within ten (10) days from date thereof. (Ord. 2005-08, 10-18-2005)
