8-1-2: INTERFERENCE WITH WIRING, ETC., BY UNLICENSED PERSONS:

It shall be unlawful for the owner, contractor, workman or any other person not licensed to do electrical wiring as provided herein, to interfere with any electrical wiring or metering apparatus in or on any building in any manner whatsoever. (Ord. 2004-08, 8-2-2004)
