7-3-13: REMOVAL OF DISABLED AIRCRAFT:
Every aircraft owner, his pilot and agents, severally, shall be responsible for the prompt removal of any disabled aircraft, unless directed to delay such action pending investigation of an accident. (Ord. 2001-04, 5-7-2001)
