7-3-9: USE OF FIELD BY COMMERCIAL AVIATION SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS AND FEES:
The use of the airport by commercial aviation companies shall be subject to existing agreements, rules and regulations and minimum standards, and to the imposition of such charges or fees as the board or the airport manager may set and determine. (Ord. 2001-04, 5-7-2001)
