The privilege of using the airport and its facilities shall be conditioned on the assumption of full responsibility and risk by the user thereof and he shall release, hold harmless and indemnify the board, its agents and employees, manager, the city, its mayor and council, and its officers and employees, and Park County, the commissioners, its agents and employees from any liability or loss resulting from such use, as well as against claims of third persons against the person using the airport.
