Except as otherwise provided in this Code or other City ordinances, the sale of alcoholic and malt liquors in the City shall be in compliance with Wyoming Statutes title 12, "Alcoholic Beverages", as amended, as the same shall apply to the City. A copy of such laws and of any subsequent laws and amendments thereto shall be kept on file in the Office of the City Clerk, and the same are made a part of this section by this reference, as though incorporated herein at length.
