3-1-25: COLLECTION OF UNPAID LICENSE FEES:
   A.   The amount of any unpaid license fee, the payment of which is required by this chapter, this code or any other ordinance of the city, shall constitute a debt due the city.
   B.   The city attorney shall, at the direction of the license officer, institute civil suit in the name of the city to recover any such unpaid license fee. (1960 Compilation § 19-125)
