3-1-22: APPEAL FROM DECISION BY LICENSE OFFICER; NOTIFICATION OF LICENSE OFFICER:
At the time of filing the appeal referred to in this chapter, a copy thereof shall be filed by the appellant with the license officer. (1960 Compilation § 19-122)
