3-1-20: APPEAL FROM DECISION BY LICENSE OFFICER; TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL:
Any person aggrieved by any decision of the license officer after hearing shall have the right of appeal to the mayor and council by filing a written appeal with the city clerk within five (5) days following the effective date of the action or decision complained of. (1960 Compilation § 19-120)
