3-1-5: POSTING; DUTY OF LICENSEE TO SHOW LICENSE:
Every license issued under this chapter shall be posted in any place of business in such place as is conspicuous. It shall be the duty of the licensee to show the same at any proper time when requested to do so by any police officer, the mayor, any member of the city council or any city employee charged to collect the license fee. (1960 Compilation § 19-105)
