3-1-4: CONTENTS:
Every license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall show upon its face:
   A.   The name of the person to whom issued.
   B.   Kind of business.
   C.   Time for which issued.
   D.   Place where business is to be carried on.
   E.   That such license is not transferable, except on city council action. (1960 Compilation § 19-104)
