7-4-17: CONFLICT WITH OTHER ORDINANCES:

In the event anything contained in this chapter is at variance or conflicts with any other city ordinance in effect at the time of the passage of this chapter, and particularly the city zoning ordinances, then this chapter shall be deemed subservient thereto and the other ordinance or ordinances shall control. (Ord. 96-15)
