7-4-12: IMPROPER PLANTING:
Whenever a tree or shrub is planted in conflict with the provisions of this chapter, the city shall notify the landowner in writing. If the landowner has not corrected the problem within ten (10) days, the same may be removed or caused to be removed by the city and the cost thereof shall be assessed to the owner. (Ord. 96-15)
