7-2-12-2: PERMIT REQUIRED:
Private commercial use of public sidewalks for the purpose of operating a sidewalk cafe in the city is prohibited unless a permit is obtained as provided in this section 7-2-12. (Ord. 2015-05, 5-5-2015)
