7-2-8: OBSTRUCTIONS; HEIGHT OF AWNINGS ABOVE SIDEWALKS:
All awnings, including the aprons thereof, and all suspensions from any buildings and all suspensions whatever over any sidewalk, shall not come nearer the sidewalk than seven and one-half feet (71/2'). (1960 Compilation § 15-707)
