7-2-3: DEPOSIT OF EXCAVATED MATERIAL:
In making excavations in streets and highways for the laying of service pipes or making repairs, the earth or other material removed must be deposited in a manner that will occasion the least inconvenience to the public. (1960 Compilation § 12-124)
