7-1-12: LIABILITY OF OWNERS OF CORNER PROPERTY:
The owner of any property adjacent to the street corners shall install, or such property shall be assessed for that portion of the sidewalk extending from the property line to the nearest curb in both directions. (1960 Compilation § 14-207)
