7-1-9: NOTICE TO ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS TO CONSTRUCT; TIME TO COMMENCE CONSTRUCTION:
The notice referred to in this article shall require the owner of the abutting property to construct or reconstruct, as the case may be, such sidewalk within fifteen (15) days from the service of such notice. (1960 Compilation § 14-202)
