6-1-14: TAXICAB STANDS:
The chief of police is hereby authorized and required to establish taxicab stands on such public streets in such places and in such manner as he shall determine to be of the greatest benefit and convenience to the public, and every such taxicab stand shall be designated by appropriate signs erected by the chief of police. (Ord. 80-4)
