6-1-12: PROCEDURE WHEN GETTING OUT OF CAR ON LEFT HAND SIDE:
Any person emerging from the left hand or driver's side of any motor vehicle into the line of traffic must not do so without exercise of caution and persons so emerging must give the right of way to approaching vehicles in the line of traffic. (1960 Compilation § 17-812; amd. Ord. 80-4)
