6-1-3: AUTHORITY TO REGULATE OR CONTROL TRAFFIC:
The mayor and/or the chief of police shall have the authority to control and regulate all traffic and motor vehicles by placement of signs and traffic control devices and the designation of through streets and other designations in conformity with the provisions of this title. (Ord. 80-4)
