The permit required by this chapter issued by the city clerk shall prescribe the following:
A. The date of the parade or open air meeting and the times of commencement and termination.
B. Minimum speed.
C. Maximum speed.
D. Maximum interval of space to be maintained between the units of the parade.
E. What portion of the streets or sidewalks or other public areas are to be occupied by the parade or open air meeting, and the location of assembly areas in the case of parades.
F. The maximum number of persons, vehicles and animals to be allowed to participate in the activity.
G. The route of the parade or the place of the open air meeting. (Ord. 94-6)
