5-6-6: OBSTRUCTION OF STREETS AND SIDEWALKS NOT PERMITTED; EXCEPTION:
No parade or open air meeting shall be conducted in a manner that unreasonably interferes with the free and unobstructed use of any public street or sidewalk by other persons unless the permit granted for the activity specifically closes the street or sidewalk so interfered with. (Ord. 94-6)
