A. Aiding In Escape: It shall be unlawful for any person to assist, aid or to attempt to aid any person confined in the city jail or other place wherein prisoners may be confined for violating city ordinances to escape from such jail or place or other place of confinement. B. Delivering Articles To Without Permission: It shall be unlawful for any person to take into the city jail, or deliver to any prisoner, any weapon, tool, intoxicating drink, or other article, or attempt to do so, without the consent of the officer in charge of such prisoner.
