5-2-3: CITY EMPLOYEES GENERALLY; INTERFERENCE WITH WORK, MOLESTING EQUIPMENT, ETC.:
No person shall interfere in any way with any City employee in the performance of his work, nor displace any stakes or landmarks deposited or installed by any employee, nor in any way molest any tools, instruments or equipment of any employee, nor in any way molest any tools, instruments or equipment used by such employee in the duties assigned to him. (1960 Compilation § 1-907)
