(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any parent found to be in violation of § 139.01(B)(2), for whom there is no available defense to prosecution, shall be guilty of a criminal violation subject to a fine not to exceed $250 for each such offense.
(C) Any person violating the provisions of § 139.04 shall be fined not less than $10 and not more than $100 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both, for each offense. In the case of minors who violate § 139.04, the parents or legal guardian of said minor shall be liable for satisfaction of said property.
(D) (1) Any person who violates the provision of § 139.05 concerning possession of AM cannabinoids, CP cannabinoids, JWH cannabinoids, or HU cannabinoids shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $250 and jail time not to exceed 90 days.
(2) Any person who violates the provision of § 139.05 concerning trafficking in AM cannabinoids, CP cannabinoids, JWH cannabinoids, or HU cannabinoids shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 and jail time not to exceed 12 months.
(3) Each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense and no additional notice other than notice of the original offense shall be required to convict a person for multiple violations resulting from a continuation of such offense.
