§ 10.99 GENERAL PENALTY.
   Where an act or omission is prohibited or declared unlawful in this code of ordinances, and no penalty of fine or imprisonment is otherwise provided, the offender shall be guilty of a violation and shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $250. Each day a violation continues to exist shall be deemed a separate offense.
