§ 156.233 PERMITTED LOCATIONS.
   Subject to site plan approval, the location of wireless communication facilities shall be regulated as follows.
   (A)   Permitted uses. The following wireless communication facilities shall be considered permitted uses:
      (1)   Wireless communication facilities and antennas collocated on existing towers and facilities;
      (2)   Wireless communication facilities and antennas located on municipally owned property pursuant to an executed agreement with the town; and
      (3)   Roof and building mounted wireless communications facilities and antennas located in the Industrial District (I) and the Highway Service District (HS), subject to the limitation that the height of any such facility or antenna shall not exceed a height of 100% of the host building.
   (B)   Special exceptions.
      (1)   Wireless communications facilities shall be considered special exceptions and require approval of the Board of Zoning Appeals subject to §§ 156.085 through 156.093 in the following districts:
         (a)   Highway Service District (HS); and
         (b)   Historic Mixed Use District (HMU).
      (2)   Where the wireless commercial facility or antenna is roof and building mounted, the height of any such facility or antenna shall not exceed a height in excess of 100% of the host building.
