(A) Approval of a proposed special exception. The approval of a proposed special exception shall not authorize the development, construction, reconstruction, alteration, or moving of any building or structure, but shall merely authorize the preparation, filing, and processing of applications for such permits or approvals as may be required by the regulations of the town.
(B) Improvement location permit required.
(1) If the Board approves the special exception, it shall direct the applicant to apply for an improvement location permit under § 156.028. If such application complies with this chapter, and all other applicable codes and ordinances, the Zoning Administrator shall issue the improvement location permit for the approved special exception.
(2) No special exception may be approved without the issuance by the Zoning Administrator of an improvement location permit as per § 156.028.
