TCI of Central Iowa (hereinafter referred to as “Grantee”) shall install initially in the City a cable television system with at least 120 MHz of bandwidth (the equivalent of 20 television channels) available for immediate or potential use. Grantee shall maintain an ability to expand the channel capacity of the system as the demand for channel space increases pursuant to Section 9-4B-12 of this chapter.
