9-4B-1 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the cable television system within the City.
9-4B-2 SYSTEM CAPACITY.
   TCI of Central Iowa (hereinafter referred to as “Grantee”) shall install initially in the City a cable television system with at least 120 MHz of bandwidth (the equivalent of 20 television channels) available for immediate or potential use. Grantee shall maintain an ability to expand the channel capacity of the system as the demand for channel space increases pursuant to Section 9-4B-12 of this chapter.
9-4B-3 RETURN COMMUNICATIONS.
   Grantee shall design, engineer, and construct its cable television system so that it has the potential capacity for nonvoice return communications, and Grantee shall make this service available when it becomes practical to do so on other than an experimental basis.
