The P Parking District, as herein established, is intended to accommodate the off-street parking for uses, except one-family residential, which are not able to provide adequate space within their own district boundaries. The P Parking District shall only be a permitted use for uses which are located completely within the boundaries of the Charter Township of Clinton, except for uses situation in an adjoining community, in whole or in part, which involve solely schools, providing education K-12, churches and uses owned or operated by a governmental entity.
