§ 70.12 WORKSITE TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      WORKSITE. Shall mean as follows:
         (a)   A street, alley, highway, or other public right-of-way upon which either or both of the following is being performed:
            1.   A public purpose construction or maintenance activity; or
            2.   A private purpose construction or maintenance activity that is authorized by a governmental agency.
         (b)   Any area in which city employees are conducting work activities and:
            1.   Barricades and/or road closed signs have been placed to prevent traffic flow; or
            2.   City vehicles have been positioned in such a manner to block traffic with emergency lights and/or active hazard flashers.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a vehicle in such a manner as to drive a vehicle through or around a worksite as defined above.
