CHAPTER 119: EXCURSION GAMBLING BOATS

   119.01   Admission fee
   119.02   Revenue
§ 119.01 ADMISSION FEE.
   An admission fee of $.50 per person shall be charged for each person embarking on an excursion gambling boat docking within the city. The fee shall be charged for each person for each excursion taken by the person. The excursion boat licensee is responsible for collecting this fee. The excursion boat licensee shall remit the fee to the Clerk on a monthly basis by the fifteenth day of the month following the collection of the fees.

§ 119.02 REVENUE.
   The admission for revenue received by the city under this chapter shall be credited to the city’s General Fund.
