(A) Violations deemed nuisances. A failure to satisfy any of the provisions of the Clinton Property Maintenance Code shall constitute a nuisance as defined in Chapter 90.
(B) Incorporation by reference.
(1) The requirements of this chapter are hereby incorporated by reference into Chapter 90 at § 90.03(F).
(2) The requirements of this chapter are hereby incorporated by reference into all requirements set forth in Chapter 155 at § 155.19.
