§ 32.037 BUDGET.

   The Finance Director shall prepare the annual budget, under the supervision of the City Administrator.

§ 32.038 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE.

   (A)   The Finance Department shall be headed by the City Administrator unless and until a Finance Director is employed. If a Finance Director is employed the Finance Department shall be headed by the Director of Finance who shall be the Chief Accounting Officer of the city. The Finance Director shall be appointed by the City Administrator, subject to Council approval and shall receive the compensation as established by resolution of the Council.

   (B)   The Finance Director shall be a notary public and may, when required, attest to the signature of the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem in the absence of the City Clerk.

AIRPORT COMMISSION

§ 32.050 AIRPORT COMMISSION.

   There shall be an Airport Commission consisting of five resident voters of the city.

§ 32.051 APPOINTMENT AND TERM.

   Commissioners shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to Council approval, for staggered terms of six years.
