§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person found in violation of § 130.01 of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall be fined in accordance with § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (C) Any person guilty of causing an infraction of § 130.04 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in accordance with § 10.99 of this code of ordinances, each day constituting a separate violation.
