§ 130.01  SMOKING IN MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS LIMITED.
   All persons are prohibited from using tobacco in any form within all municipal buildings owned by the city and subject only to the following exceptions: the Municipal Judge and Chief of Police may designate a smoking area within the administrative office area of the Court and Police Department.
