§ 90.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person in violation of § 90.01 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by fine for each calendar day or part of a day in which the violation continues.

   (C)   (1)   Any persons who shall willfully take from any dog or cat a collar or tag shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in accordance with § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
      (2)   Any person violating any provisions of §§ 90.15 through 90.29 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in accordance with § 10.99 of this code of ordinances, unless other fines or penalties are specifically enumerated.

   (D)   Violations of § 90.40 of this chapter are Class C misdemeanor offenses punishable by a fine, with each occurrence and day to be considered a separate offense.
