(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 70.25 through 70.27 of this chapter shall be fined not more than$200 for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
