§ 70.25  GENERALLY.
   (A)   It is unlawful for a person to operate a golf cart on a public highway except as permitted by this section.
   (B)   An authorized driver may operate a golf cart on a public highway where the speed limit is 35 miles per hour or less except that a golf cart may not be operated on Texas Highway 6 or Farm Road 219.
   (C)   An authorized driver may cross public highways (including Texas Highway 6 and Farm Road 219) at intersections where posted speed limits are 46 miles per hour or less.
   (D)   Drivers must follow the rules of the road described in Tex. Transportation Code Ch. 545.
   (E)   Golf carts may only be operated on public highways between dawn and dusk.
