(A) The primary fire limits for the village as depicted on the map dated July 26, 2013, attached to Ord. 2013-08 as Exhibit A is incorporated herein by reference and limited to that area which encompasses the present location of village hall located at 3715 Clemmons Road.
(B) As authorized by G.S. §§ 160A-436 and 160A-437, no frame or wooden building or structure or addition thereto hereafter be erected, altered, repaired, or moved (either into the limits or from one place to another within the limits), except upon the permit of the local inspection department approved by the Village Council and by the Commissioner of Insurance or his or her designee.
