§ 117.37 STREET RENTAL CHARGE.
   The 2% gross receipts street rental charge, as generally provided for in § 117.05, shall apply to any bus operated within the city over a designated route or on a given schedule, and the operator of any such bus shall make monthly reports and remittances to the City Clerk.
