(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall be subject to the penalty provision set forth in § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of this §§ 117.01 through 117.22 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine to not exceed $500, and each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense; the Council may, in addition to the penalty herein prescribed, revoke the permit to operate any taxicab so involved. Each act done in violation of this subchapter or any provision thereof shall constitute a separate offense and upon conviction be punishable as such.
